Features

  • Superior thermal isolation of heatbreak. RCC coated all-metal heatbreak for more wear resistance, eliminating the heat creep, realising an excellent thermal insulation and no filament clog.
  • New assembly method. The new cable tie structure can effectively reduce the damage of the wiring harness during the installation process, making your assembly more comfortable; the heating unit is fixed by metal dome, which is easy for users to upgrade and maintain at low cost.
  • High efficient heating unit. Rectangular ceramic heating unit, higher heating efficient and reliability (280C, 39s)
  • Ultra-high speed printing. The newly designed heater-block has a long heating area which allows for high volumetric flow rates of up to 36mm3/s. With these flowrates (most of) your 3D printers can be pushed to its limits. Make your 3D printer a high-speed 3D printer with the Rapido 2F.
  • Detachable PT1000 temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is replaceable and as such a PT1000 sensor can be used to meet the requirement for high temperature printing.
